Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your shipment to request a return.
Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a full refund, your ceiling fan must be uninstalled, unmounted, and in the exact condition you received it. It must be packed securely in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging, including all internal foam inserts, blades, hardware kits, remote controls, and instruction manuals. We cannot accept returns for fans that have already been wired or mounted to a ceiling.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective from our warehouse. Because ceiling fans are heavy and fragile items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds & Processing
Once your returned item is delivered to our inspection facility, we will open and verify its condition. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fan arrives with missing parts, shipping damage, or manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at support@aircloud.store within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can fast-track a free replacement unit or replacement parts for you.
